It's all about the game!

The 14U team, a team composed of 8th and 9th graders lost in the championship game by only 8 points.  Their speed and aggressively gave them the advantage over bigger teams.

 

The JV team did pretty good finishing the tournament 1 - 2. 

 

The 9th Grade team participated in the Varsity division.  All freshmen players gave senior players a run for their money.  Other coaches were really impressed with their speed and stamina.  The team lost in the championship game by 3 points.

 

Over all, the trip was wonderful and all three teams are ready to tackle the new tournament season.

Two Venom teams in 2nd place in California!

Venom 14U, Venom JV, and Venom 9th Grade teams participated in the “Duel in the Desert” this past weekend in Palm Springs, California.  The only out of state club participating out of 94 teams, the Venom represented very well with two 2nd place.
