The Parents

What we expect from the parents…

 

We expect our parents to stay positive at all times.  Parents are the most important influence on our athletes.  Any negative comments can affect the players attitude for ever.  Athletes need to have complete trust in their coach in order to reach their potential.  Parents should encourage that relationship for the benefit  of the athlete.

There should be one coach only and he/she is sitting on the bench.  Words of encouragement are always welcome, but negative comments from the crowds are not acceptable.

It's all about the game!

We expect our parents to talk to us if they have a problem or suggestion regarding our coaching philosophy.  A meeting can be arranged to meet in private to discuss the issue.  Our priority is the welfare of our athletes, so we are more the happy to make the appropriate adjustments.

 

We believe a strong family is the cornerstone to a strong individual. We hope to teach our athletes the importance of communication and respect, and treating others with patience and understanding.  We depend on our parents to lead the way.
